WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Place your order online before 4.30pm GMT on any weekday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we’ll get your order shipped the next day.
If your order is placed before 4.30pm GMT Friday or the weekend, your order will be shipped the following Monday.
Please note that Thames MMXX. does not ship orders between Christmas and New Year. Orders placed on or after the 23nd of December will be fulfilled on the first working day of January (3rd January 2023).
UK ORDERS – DELIVERY COSTS
- Royal Mail Tracked - £6: for orders not including skateboards.
- Parcelforce Tracked - £8: for orders including skateboards.

- 2-3 working days from shipment day.
EUROPEAN ORDERS – DELIVERY COSTS
All European orders are shipped delivery duty paid; you will not incur any additional taxes or duties

- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland – 2-3 working days from shipment day.
- Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain – 3-4 working days from shipment day.
- Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden – 4-6 working days from shipment day.
- Greece, Serbia, Ukraine – 4-9 working days from shipment day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – DELIVERY COSTS
All International orders are shipped delivered at place, you will be contacted by local customs to your country if applicable, for any duties or taxes payable before delivery.
For USA customers, only for orders over $800 you will be contacted by customs for payment prior to delivery. All orders less than $800 will not attract any additional duties or taxes.

RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt and in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. Please include a completed returns form which will be provided with your order.
You will not be eligible for a refund if an item is returned after 14 days of receipt. The customer must arrange for collection for goods returned after the 14 day period.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and service. We suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post.
